Within Germany: Free shipping.

International: Flat shipping fee of €15. (Switzerland: Shipping and customs clearance total €47)

Why do we charge an international flat shipping fee?
Cross-border shipments require more complex logistics and handling. This fee ensures that we can continue to use the high service standards of partners like DHL or DPD. This guarantees you seamless tracking as well as enhanced protective packaging so that your products arrive safely and quickly.

2. Our Carriers
We work with leading global logistics companies to guarantee you reliable delivery: DHL / DPD 

3. Delivery Time
The total delivery time consists of: processing time + shipping duration

Processing time: All orders are picked and shipped within 48 hours (applies to business days, excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping duration:

Germany: Usually 3-5 business days.

International: Usually 5-7 business days.
