If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. To help us process your return or exchange faster, please email us your order number, contact details, reason for the return, and photos of any damage or defects (if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Do I Have to Pay for Shipping?

Returns due to product quality issues: In this case, we offer free shipping. We will provide you with a free return shipping label and send your order back to the sender's address.

Returns without product quality issues: Customers are responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs for reasons other than product quality.

Return Address

After we receive your return request, we will provide you with the return address. If you do not contact us and send the package back on your own, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and must send the package to the correct address.

How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?

A hassle-free exchange is possible as long as the desired item is in stock. You can exchange your items within 24 hours of ordering and before your package is shipped. If your package has already been shipped, we cannot accept your exchange request, but you may refuse to accept the package upon arrival.
