Your satisfaction is very important to Fenge. For this reason, we are pleased to offer a limited warranty that covers material or workmanship defects for all new Fenge products. Only consumers who purchase Fenge products from authorized Fenge dealers or resellers can benefit from our limited warranty.
What is covered?
We offer a risk-free five-year warranty for the electric desk motor. Desktop and other products have a one-year warranty.
What happens if my product is defective?
Fenge provides free replacement for defective parts of our products if the defect is due to improper workmanship or materials. If we cannot provide a replacement product and repair is not practical or cannot be completed in a timely manner, Fenge will refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
Do I have to pay shipping costs for a replacement product?
In the rare case that your Fenge product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge.
What is not covered?
Our limited warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damages not due to material or workmanship defects.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
- Accessories, related materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Fenge.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damages resulting from failure to follow instructions and guidelines regarding the intended use of the product.
- Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any modifications (including removal of components or external covers).
